Notices to Customers

To help improve Itellas account security, a new OPTIONAL feature has been introduced which, when enabled, will require anyone using your account to enter a PIN before any calls can be made.  The PIN is required once at the beginning of a calling session, and is not required again until the user hangs up and calls into Itellas again.  This feature is OFF BY DEFAULT, and can be accessed under the Account menu, or by clicking here.

CHANGES TO VOIP SERVICE - Numbers must now be "enabled"
For any customers accessing Itellas via VOIP instead of by phone, you must enable VOIP for each individual Service Phone number that you wish to allow access.  There is no cost, and VOIP can be enabled or disabled at will.  This can be done via the Service Phones screen.
